  2. Reporting Element (RE) definitions:
    RE1: made progress toward achieving English language proficiency
    RE2: attained English language proficiency/met exit criteria (overall level at least 4.2 and literacy level at least 3.9)
    RE3: exited English Learner (EL) status after attaining English language proficiency
    RE5: did not attain English language proficiency within six years of initial classification as an EL
  3. Number of students included is the denominator for each RE. Percentages are not computed if denominator is less than 10.
