Annual Goals
This report lists the annual improvement goals reported to ESE in the educator preparation program provider’s state annual report. Providers may report up to three goals for the upcoming year and are asked to report on progress made toward the prior year’s goals. Annual goals are reported in May of the academic year listed.

| Goal #1 |
Finalize systematic review of course outcomes and syllabi, and develop a multi-year professional development plan through expanded orientation and training opportunities for faculty |
| Goal #2 |
To enhance partnerships with area districts to provide a pathway for teachers on emergency licensure to complete a graduate program and obtain initial licensure. |
| Goal #3 |
To further structure the Senior Instructor/Program Supervisors position to oversee the Program Supervisors and Supervising Practitioners which provide another layer of support for the candidate. Develop procedural practices to support the tiered model. |

| Goal #1 |
To continue refinement of instructional practices for teacher candidate success, including (a) systematic review of course outcomes and syllabi, and (b) expanded orientation and training opportunities for faculty. |
| Goal #2 |
To create organizational procedure and practices to enhance performance supporting candidate success focused on: (a) development of consistent procedural practices, (b) handbooks to support consistency in faculty practices, and (c) efficiencies in services and licensure processes |

To assess the effectiveness of the enhanced structure of the practicum experience focused on: (a)development of the tiered support through the Senior Instructor/Program Supervisor, Program Supervisor, and Supervising Practitioner, and (b) structured CAP Seminar, and (c) student feedback. |
