Annual Goals
This report lists the annual improvement goals reported to ESE in the educator preparation program provider’s state annual report. Providers may report up to three goals for the upcoming year and are asked to report on progress made toward the prior year’s goals. Annual goals are reported in May of the academic year listed.

Goal #1 |
Continue to hire diverse instructors that are content specific. |

Foster strong relationships with districts to enhance the practicum to career pipeline. |
Goal #3 |
During this academic year we have built partnerships and enhance the ones we already had in place. We will continue to build partnerships with other districts to strengthen our program and students. as well as to serve the districts themselves. |

Develop additional BA completion programs for our partners that are working with home grown iniciatives to support diversifying their workforce. |
Goal #2 |
Develop intentional field experiences with partners that develop from student teaching experiences to career opportunities. |

Hiring instructors that are content specific, active in the field, and diverse. |

Goal #1 |
We will be looking at each of our licensed education programs to ensure they provide current knowledge and strategies to our students as well as align with all new SMK & PST |
Goal #2 |
We will continue our efforts to ensure more teachers of color get into the public school classrooms. Utilizing our Diverse Educators Scholarship Program we will intentionally recruit students of color to go through our programs. |
Goal #3 |
Enhancing our partnerships with public schools/districts is a continuous effort on our part; we will continue to work on increasing the number of partnerships we have. |
