| What else should you know about our school? |
| Miscoe Hill Middle School is driven by our mission to empower each learner to thrive. In addition to the core content areas, Miscoe offers students the choice of two world languages, physical education, wellness, band, chorus, visual arts, technology courses, performing arts, interscholastic sports, and multiple after-school enrichment opportunities. Our Student Council and National Junior Honor Society support service efforts within and beyond the school community. The Inspired Innovation Center offers space for makers and tinkers to create and innovate. As part of our efforts to engage students in authentic learning and develop the skills of our district's Portrait of a Learner, Miscoe has participated in the PBLWorks School Leader Network. It is our intent to support students in becoming well-rounded citizens who are able to learn within modern contexts. The curriculum and instruction at Miscoe align to support, understand and engage each learner. |
