What else should you know about our school? |
To improve achievement, we continue to identify strategies to support our students including the following: *Comprehensive data analysis with a focus on students in sub groups *Curricular modifications *Interactive lessons to engage students *Multiple opportunities for practice and review of concepts *MCAS remediation classes including summer classes and tutoring for identified struggling students *Maintaining portfolios of student work to chart progress. *Professional development for teachers *Increased collaboration between teachers *Creation of improvement plans for students who are failing classes *Continuing steps toward meeting Mass Core graduation requirements *Social and emotional support for at-risk students through weekly advisories and guidance groups *Credit recovery opportunities *Increased family engagement through the introduction of iParent access to student data
