Each standard code consists of four components separated by periods (e.g., 3.NBT.1.02).
The first component identifies the grade (3–8).
The second component identifies the domain (e.g., NBT is the abbreviation for Numbers and Operations in Base Ten).
The third component identifies the cluster (e.g., cluster 1 under NBT for grade 3 is "Use place value understanding and properties of operations to perform multi-digit arithmetic").
The fourth component identifies the standard number (01-10).
A dash in this column indicates that the item does not code to a 2011 standard at this grade level.
