1. Attendance at an Information Session or an in-depth telephone conversation
2. Catherine Leahy Brine Cover Sheet and application fee
3. Official, unopened transcripts from undergraduate and graduate programs
4. Minimum undergraduate GPA of 2.8 or proof of success in graduate-level courses
5. Current resume, signed and dated
6. Copy of Preliminary or Initial Teaching license
7. One letter of reference on school letterhead from a supervisor
8. Personal statement (minimum of one full page) that addresses your philosophy of education and how this program fits into your long and short term professional goals
