Below is a list of the Massachusetts public school districts, charter schools or collaboratives identified as partner organizations along with a description of the partnerships. All information is reported by the educator preparation program provider.

Wheaton College Education places students in all of the settings listed below for fieldwork, research, pre-practicum and practicum experiences.

Other department and college collaborations from recent years are described below.
1) January CETE Boston Teaching Fellowships: Wheaton faculty collaborated with faculty from the Consortium of Excellence in Teacher Education (CETE) to create the Boston Teaching Fellowships. This program provides accepted Wheaton students with the opportunity to complete a school-based internship in a Boston public school during their January break.
2) The Southeastern Education Professionals Partnership (SEEPP): A Saturday spring course, ED 298 Issues in Early Care and Education, is being offered for area early childhood educators, contracted through The Southeastern Education Professionals Partnership (SEEPP), a partnership made up of early education and care and out of school time center based programs, public schools, independent and system affiliated family child care, Head Start, and higher education.
2) STEM Professional Development: On January 31, 2014 a Professional Development workshop was held for 14 area early childhood teachers to discuss early STEM learning and the use of video documentation, posted to VoiceThread.com, for training, mentoring and coaching purposes.
3) Tri-Town STEM EXPO: On June 5, 2014, Wheaton is hosting the first ever Tri-Town STEM EXPO FOR 800 middle schoolers from the Norton, Mansfield and Foxboro MA public schools.
4) Education Advisory Group: Local educator joins our Education Department's Education Advisory Group. Tanya Benoit, Science Academic Coordinator, Grades 6-12, Norton Public Schools joined our advisory group on December 12, 2013 to discuss Common Core Standards and statewide assessment
5) Visiting Professors: Public school educators and administrators regularly teach courses for Wheaton Education
6) Guest Speakers: Public school educators and administrators regularly attend education classes and seminars as guest speakers
7) Cisneros Foundation arts and math Education collaboration: shared professional development and project resources with local educators
8) Early childhood professional activities: Margaret Werner, Director of Wheaton's Lab School has hosted the regional meeting of early childhood directors for many years and collaborated for decades with early childhood educators on professional development, workshops and other kinds of support.
9) Wheaton Partnership Advisory Group (including Norton, Plainville, Attleboro, Taunton and the Norton Self-Help Head Start) collaborate to improve teacher preparation programs and to improve the experiences of students in the partner schools. We have sponsored a 2017 EL professional development workshop, enhanced the holdings of the Wallace Library Curriculum Collection based on partner recommendations, established a check-out system for partner teachers, etc.
Wheaton faculty and district teachers and administrators have also collaborated on STEM grants, summer institutes, mentoring institutes, mentoring grants, grant writing, mentoring for first year teachers, and the development of an interdepartmental science course, Ponds to Particles
