Annual Goals - 2025
Goal #1 We are looking forward to a successful and complete rollout of the new CAP guidelines in 25-26. We have all of our curricular pieces in place. Our program will benefit from our clarifications of the application and licensure processes as well as greatly improved systems for students' submission and organization of licensure documents.
Goal #2 We strive to create more intentional and collaborative partnerships with academic faculty at the college who teach in licensure content areas and act as content advisors as well as future program supervisors. This will reinforce our pool of content area advisors. We are developing ways to keep this collaboration dynamic throughout the teacher candidates' experiences, enabling the content advisors to be increasingly involved in the support of our teacher candidates.
Goal #3 We will be implementing supervision by program supervisors who specialize in the content areas of the teacher candidates. This new structure will require increased communication and training that will be delivered by our program director. Our program director will also streamline and increase communications and trainings for our supervising practitioners. This new structure will increase the size of the group of faculty acting as program supervisors and also increase the diversity of this group.

Annual Goals - 2024
Goal #1 We work to develop strong, reciprocal partnerships with diverse schools communities that compliment the priorities of the revised teaching standards.
Goal #2 We will support the new leadership in the partnership between Wellesley and MIT.
Goal #3 We will re-envision the application process to our program in a way that will seek to attract a larger pool of interested students and the strongest and enthusiastic candidates.

Annual Goals - 2023
Goal #1 Commit to long-term relationships with quality programs in schools.
Goal #2 Continue to improve coursework for the Secondary Licensure program with revised content and changes to faculty.
Goal #3 Focus on nurturing quality relationships with schools that support our students.
