Annual Goals
This report lists the annual improvement goals reported to ESE in the educator preparation program provider’s state annual report. Providers may report up to three goals for the upcoming year and are asked to report on progress made toward the prior year’s goals. Annual goals are reported in May of the academic year listed.

Goal #1 |
Distribute a new survey to those schools with whom we have worked to provide services to their school to allow for partners (formal or informal) to make contributions that will guide continuous improvement of the programs |
Goal #2 |
Collect data on supervising practitioners who take part in training, support, and development offered by the department and collect information via a survey regarding their preferences for receiving supervisory training. |
Goal #3 |
Assess course content to ensure content related to reading and writing is present in all courses including specific references to grade-level expectations and ensure classroom management is addressed in at least two courses. |

Create and send a survey to graduated students regarding their perspectives on their preparation to work with diverse learners. (to determine if newly implemented case studies addressed previously identified concern in the prior survey) |

Examine courses in CAS program to ensure that racial/ethnic/social disparities are addressed in each course and ensure that clinical cases used in courses represent a broad range of humanity |
