Annual Goals
This report lists the annual improvement goals reported to ESE in the educator preparation program provider’s state annual report. Providers may report up to three goals for the upcoming year and are asked to report on progress made toward the prior year’s goals. Annual goals are reported in May of the academic year listed.

Work with local district to provide affordable pathways to licensure for paraprofessionals to support increased candidates in high need areas. |

Review syllabi from licensure programs using new Professional Standards for Teachers and CAP guidelines in order to identify gaps. |

Develop new digital literacy coursework to strengthen preparation in the DLCS licensure program. |

Goal #1 |
Adopt Watermark's Student Learning and Licensure (SL&L) to manage our program data. The shift to SL&L will support our efforts for continuous program improvement. |
Goal #2 |
Revise EDU 615 Mentoring New Teachers used to train Supervising Practitioners. This is the first of two courses available to Supervising Practitioners and has been used for several years. Based on survey feedback and now having a second course, it has been determined that a revision of this course will be helpful to Supervising Practitioners. |
Goal #3 |
Articulate program outcomes with assessment for minors in Moderate Disabilities and English as a Second Language. |
