Annual Goals
This report lists the annual improvement goals reported to ESE in the educator preparation program provider’s state annual report. Providers may report up to three goals for the upcoming year and are asked to report on progress made toward the prior year’s goals. Annual goals are reported in May of the academic year listed.

| Goal #1 |
We will continue to expand and strengthen partnerships. |
| Goal #2 |
We recently moved the required SEI course to earlier in the course sequence and therefore need to examine the rest of the curriculum in light of that change. |
| Goal #3 |
Now that we have made progress on securing MTEL vouchers and aligning with Making the Grade support system, we will assess the effectiveness of that change. |

| Goal #1 |
We wish to continue to work to expand partnership models to meet the specific need of school districts to support the following areas of educator preparation. Pathways to degree and program completion for educator support personnel, professional development opportunities in the DIEB areas. Continue to work to recruit and support a diverse candidate population in undergraduate and graduate programs. |
| Goal #2 |
Explore feasibility of residency models in initial teacher licensure programs at the baccalaureate level. |
| Goal #3 |
Continue to explore new and different MTEL structures and support systems for candidates at both the baccalaureate and post-baccalaureate levels in the initial teacher licensure levels based on current and evolving subject matter and entry level MTEL testing. |

| Goal #1 |
We wish to continue to work to expand partnership models to meet the needs of specific school districts to support the following areas of educator preparation. Pathways towards degree and program completion for educator support personnel and those on emergency license. Professional development focused on diversity, equity and inclusive practices. Continuing to recruit administrative candidates into administrator programs. Work towards enrollment of diverse candidate into the educator pipeline in undergraduate and graduate programs. |

Develop and execute a certificate program, professional development and concentration focused on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for school settings for candidates at the post-baccalaureate level. |
| Goal #3 |
Explore new and different structures of MTEL support systems for candidates at the baccalaureate and post-baccalaureate levels in the initial teacher licensure programs based on current and pending changes in SMK's and evolving MTEL tests in a variety of areas. |
