This report lists the annual improvement goals reported to ESE in the educator preparation program provider’s state annual report. Providers may report up to three goals for the upcoming year and are asked to report on progress made toward the prior year’s goals. Annual goals are reported in May of the academic year listed. Goal #1
We wish to continue to work to expand partnership models to meet the needs of specific school districts to support the following areas of educator preparation. Pathways towards degree and program completion for educator support personnel and those on emergency license. Professional development focused on diversity, equity and inclusive practices. Continuing to recruit administrative candidates into administrator programs. Work towards enrollment of diverse candidate into the educator pipeline in undergraduate and graduate programs.
Goal #2
Develop and execute a certificate program, professional development and concentration focused on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for school settings for candidates at the post-baccalaureate level.
Goal #3
Explore new and different structures of MTEL support systems for candidates at the baccalaureate and post-baccalaureate levels in the initial teacher licensure programs based on current and pending changes in SMK's and evolving MTEL tests in a variety of areas.

Continue to expand partnership discussions with 1-3 additional districts which may provide professional development opportunities to teachers; offer initial licensure teacher programs and administrator initial licensure programs and diversify candidate pool.
