The goal will be for the Ed Prep programs at BPU to consider additional high need license areas such as Administrator (Superintendent/Asst. Superintendent, Principal/Asst. Principal) to align with current leadership programs in education. BPU will complete a needs assessment. |
| Goal #2 |
BPU educator preparation programs will continue to make curricular revisions across all licensure programs to include anti-racist curriculum updates. |
| Goal #3 |
Utilizing the emergency license report of MA educators from DESE, BPU will initiate partnerships with districts who have emergency licensed educators that could benefit from enrolling in coursework or ed prep programs to advance their license to initial status. |
