Annual Goals
This report lists the annual improvement goals reported to ESE in the educator preparation program provider’s state annual report. Providers may report up to three goals for the upcoming year and are asked to report on progress made toward the prior year’s goals. Annual goals are reported in May of the academic year listed.

| Goal #1 |
Facilitate the development and adjustment to the curriculum to create a through-line of topics/experiences. Instructors will connect and build off multiple courses and make connections that will inform a theory-based definition of leadership. |

Continue the Implementation and monitoring of internal and external supports for Supervising Practitioners and Program Supervisors with newly appointed Program Director. |
| Goal #3 |
Review existing modes of communication with newly appointed Program Director to provide candidates with high-quality, targeted feedback during field-based experiences. |
