Annual Goals
This report lists the annual improvement goals reported to ESE in the educator preparation program provider’s state annual report. Providers may report up to three goals for the upcoming year and are asked to report on progress made toward the prior year’s goals. Annual goals are reported in May of the academic year listed.

Educator preparation program improvement goals for the upcoming program year |
| Goal #1 |
Conduct focus groups and gather feedback from students who completed licensure re: support and communication, the goal being continuous improement of all facets of this program. |
| Goal #2 |
With new leadership in place at M.A.S.S., William James College and at Boston College (with regard to the overall BC Ed.D. through the Practicing School Administraotr's Program, known as PSAP), convene a Partnership Summit to discuss program details and plan for future and development. Doing so will help to build instritutional knowledge among all leaders, each of whom has expressed her support of its continuation. |

To review recently implemented changes along with added ones to ensure that the program address the needs of current district leadership. |
