Annual Goals
This report lists the annual improvement goals reported to ESE in the educator preparation program provider’s state annual report. Providers may report up to three goals for the upcoming year and are asked to report on progress made toward the prior year’s goals. Annual goals are reported in May of the academic year listed.

| Goal #1 |
To successfully work with our faculty and DESE to complete our Program review. |
| Goal #2 |
We intend to continue working with our partner school to strengthen the relationship, use the school as a feeder into our programs and for placement of non teachers of record for practicum and pre-practicum placements. |
| Goal #3 |
We are holding regular faculty meetings targeted by faculty groupings to align to new PST and CAP expectations to be fully implemented next academic year. |

| Goal #1 |
We intend to hold more frequent meetings with our faculty about pre-practicum experiences to get their feedback particularly in the areas of the targeted feedback observations. |
| Goal #2 |
We intend to continue working with our partner school to strengthen the relationship, use the school as a feeder into our programs and for placement of non teachers of record for practicum and pre-practicum placements. |

We will continue to refine the many initiatives that DESE has rolled out over the last several years including Early literacy, SMK's and anti-racist teaching. |

We intend to approach 3 districts in which we have had many candidates enroll in our program. |
| Goal #2 |
Continue to refine field based experiences so they are authentic and cohesive. We will continue to have meetings with our field based faculty sub-committee. |
| Goal #3 |
We intend to -continue our SMK seminars -requires pre-requiste courses to further canddiates SMK knowledge -participate with outside auditors to assess the effectiveness of our Early Childhood Literacy initiative -offer Professional Development opportunities for faculty professional development in anti-racist and culturally responsive instruction |
