Annual Goals
This report lists the annual improvement goals reported to ESE in the educator preparation program provider’s state annual report. Providers may report up to three goals for the upcoming year and are asked to report on progress made toward the prior year’s goals. Annual goals are reported in May of the academic year listed.

Work with new additional staff to extend awareness of our program with local universities and community-based organizations. |

Extend culturally relevant, anti-racist, and linguistically diverse pedagogy to further respond to upcoming changes in the Seven Essential Elements and revised PSTs and support teacher candidates in their field placements. |

Expand recruitment efforts to attract more applicants to preparation program. |
| Goal #2 |
Further enhance efforts to collect and assess data to better determine candidate impact on improved outcomes for PK-12 students. Last year we made changes to the Supervising Practitioner retreat and the 2nd 3-way meetings to examine data. This year candidates will reflect on the impact their instructional had on student learning in their final portfolio and/or final exhibition. |
