Annual Goals
This report lists the annual improvement goals reported to ESE in the educator preparation program provider’s state annual report. Providers may report up to three goals for the upcoming year and are asked to report on progress made toward the prior year’s goals. Annual goals are reported in May of the academic year listed.

| Goal #1 |
We are continuing to reorganize our structure so it is sustainable for the employees working in the program as well as financially sustainable for our district. |
| Goal #2 |
We want to more directly partner with Newton Public Schools to help achieve our mutual goal of attracting and supporting a more diverse educator staff. |
| Goal #3 |
We would like to expand our offerings to include a Special Education certification program for both new candidates and currently practicing, licensed teachers. |
