Annual Goals - 2025
Goal #1 Develop and strengthen partnerships with districts seeking RTAP funding or similar teacher pipeline programs to support educator preparation for district employees including paraprofessionals, long-term substitutes, and teachers teaching under a Provisional or Emergency license.
Goal #2 Collaborate with newly-established advisory board; comprised of public-school partners, FSU faculty and staff, and a student representative; to identify common goals and address mutual needs.
Goal #3 Build upon current workshop and training offerings to better-support supervising practitioners, program supervisors, and teacher candidates.

Annual Goals - 2024
Goal #1 Convene an advisory board for the licensure programs (graduate, PBTL, and undergraduate) in fall 2024.
Goal #2 Continue to monitor students' progress on the MTELs and adjust our supports accordingly throughout the year.
Goal #3 Obtain feedback from TPI US on our current early childhood and elementary literacy curriculum for baccalaureate candidates and adjust the curriculum as recommended via the feedback and DESE's new early childhood literacy agenda using high quality instructional materials.

Annual Goals - 2023
Goal #1 Convene an advisory board for the licensure programs (graduate, PBTL, and undergraduate) in fall 2023.

Goal #3 Create a process for teacher candidates to earn additional fractional credit for their field-based experiences to accurately reflect the federal definition of the credit hour.
