Annual Goals

This report lists the annual improvement goals reported to ESE in the educator preparation program provider’s state annual report. Providers may report up to three goals for the upcoming year and are asked to report on progress made toward the prior year’s goals. Annual goals are reported in May of the academic year listed.

Annual Goals - 2025
Goal #1 Diversify the Teacher & Leadership Pipeline Incoming Corps diversity: 49% POC Incoming Corps diversity: 10% homegrown to our five core placement communities (Boston, Chelsea, Lawrence, Fall River, and Springfield)
Goal #2 Provide high-quality initial training and ongoing support to teachers and leaders such that they make a significant impact on students. CM Proficiency by the end of year 2: -Subject Matter Knowledge: 90% -Meeting Diverse Needs: 90% -Adjustments to Practice : 80% -Safe Learning Environment: 95% -Well Structured Units and Lessons: 90%
Goal #3 Principal Satisfaction Survey: 85% of principals strongly agree and agree that they are satisfied with their school's partnership with TFA.

CM Proficiency by the end of year 2: -Subject Matter Knowledge: 80% -Meeting Diverse Needs: 80% -Adjustments to Practice: 70% -Safe Learning Environment:85% -Well Structured Units and Lessons: 80%
