Annual Goals
This report lists the annual improvement goals reported to ESE in the educator preparation program provider’s state annual report. Providers may report up to three goals for the upcoming year and are asked to report on progress made toward the prior year’s goals. Annual goals are reported in May of the academic year listed.

| Goal #1 |
100% of residents communicate the work they are doing 1. makes sense for them to be doing at this time of year 2. is highly impactful and 3. is a good use of their limited time. 100% of residents feel proud and connected as a community. |
| Goal #2 |
Minimum of 60% of CTs reflect the identities of BPS students and families, including racial, ethnic, linguistic and cultural identities. 10% of CTs identify as males of color and align with BTR values. |
| Goal #3 |
100% of residents will be able to use the Nancy Love Formative Data Cycle to drive student outcomes in their unit assignments. |

We plan to build on what we have learned about mentoring novice teachers and continue to support our Collaborating Teachers with ongoing professional development |

BTR will continue to build the capacity of instructors and coaches to strengthen the alignment of resident field and course experiences |

| Goal #1 |
We plan to build our network of school sites for our residents. We are in the process of identifying partner schools that share our vision for teaching and learning. We hope to partner with BTR alumni mentors and school leaders. |
| Goal #2 |
We continue to implement programmatic structures that promote an anti-racist practice in support of dismantling white supremacist trends and ideology in teaching & learning. e.g Race-based groups (Educators for Black Liberation) that meet monthly to explore issues of equity, identity, and pedagogy, Language Power and Democracy course, Flextime. |
