We will self-assess the antiracist elements of our courses during our summer retreat
Goal #2
We will analyze the antiracist elements evident in our TC's practicum portfolios during summer retreat
Goal #3

Annual Goals - 2021
Educator preparation program improvement goals from the prior year
Goal #1
After having added culturally-responsive/anti-racist language to the CAP rubric, we will work to better align our courses with those aspirations. In particular, we will increase the number of class sessions devoted to CRP in our curriculum courses, revise the lesson plan templates used in those curriculum courses (so that they match the our additions to the CAP rubric), & provide feedback to let students know when they have met these expectations and when there is substantial room for improvement.
Goal #2
Due to COVID we were unable to make much progress on our partnership goal last year, so we will try again next year. While we continue to be small "p" partners with several other districts, we will focus on building a more robust relationship with Norton, our official capital "P" partner, by working together on staffing, practicum design, and evidence of effectiveness.
Goal #3
We will host the annual meeting of the Consortium for Excellence in Teacher Education (CETE). The main conference session will focus on recruiting and retaining teacher candidates of color.
