Annual Goals - 2023
Goal #1 We are keeping our previous year's goal of identifying the challenges and create solutions for attracting under represented teacher candidates in our programs. This is an ongoing issue that we are working to address
Goal #2 We plan to utilize the feedback from our external review to consider areas for growth and improvement within the program. One area we are considering is to potential get into undergraduate initial licensure.
Goal #3 Recruiting supervising practitioners has proved difficult post COVID. We plan to address this by continuing to build our connections with our partner schools, increase our honorarium payments to our supervisors. We also plan to recruit supervisors by offering professional development through trainings, and will find out what areas in-service teachers are needing for professional development.

Annual Goals - 2022
Goal #1 Convene focus groups of leaders and teachers from placement site districts to better understand alignment of our program curriculum to their district and site needs. Identify areas where we can be better aligned and supportive of partner site needs and priorities.
Goal #2 Improve understanding and increase early engagement in the CAP process with SPs and PSs. through the creation of more resources about CAP, as well as providing regular training and support for CAP and the CAP process for candidates, SPs, and PSs.
Goal #3 Identify the challenges and create solutions for attracting under represented teacher candidates in our programs.
