Annual Goals
This report lists the annual improvement goals reported to ESE in the educator preparation program provider’s state annual report. Providers may report up to three goals for the upcoming year and are asked to report on progress made toward the prior year’s goals. Annual goals are reported in May of the academic year listed.

The organization of our program structures does not allow teacher candidates the flexibility we want to offer them in a competency-based program. We are looking for ways to make instruction more available "on demand." |
| Goal #2 |
We are rewriting some of our competencies, and rethinking program structures, to ensure that we comply with DESE regulations around both SMK and computer literacy. |

We are articulating both the principles and practices around alternative assessments to better conform to our principles of Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion |
