Annual Goals - 2022
Goal #1 We will need to clarify roles and responsibilities in job descriptions given that we are leading four ed prep programs with a down-sized staff.
Goal #2 We have launched a new partnership focused on creating a pipeline for African American men. We have 1 African American male in the 2022-23 cohort in math.
Goal #3 We will revise our pre-practicum and practicum course with a focus on anti-bias practice.

Annual Goals - 2021
Goal #1 SHS has hired an Assistant Head of School who will have oversight of curriculum and collaborate with the Exec Dir of the SHS TTC to ensure alignment between courses focused on SMK and the content taught in our pre-k to 8 school.
Goal #2 We will revisit the partnership we negotiated with the Epiphany School which provides a fellowship and housing as well as the partnerships with Boston University.
Goal #3 We will reexamine the structure and staffing of the teacher residency program and the other programs that fall under the Teacher Training Center.

Annual Goals - 2020
Goal #1 The ed prep program at SHS will be restructured at the request of the Head of School. SHS will train 10-12 student teachers per year versus the 16 - 18 it has trained on average each year since its inception in 1928.
Goal #2 The ed prep program will collaborate with academic administrators to ensure curriculum alignment with graduate level course content.
Goal #3 We will focus on improving instruction to address the findings in the DESE accreditation report.
