This report lists the annual improvement goals reported to ESE in the educator preparation program provider’s state annual report. Providers may report up to three goals for the upcoming year and are asked to report on progress made toward the prior year’s goals. Annual goals are reported in May of the academic year listed. Goal #1
Teachers21 will review the Urban Principals Development Program structure with William James College and its school district partnerships for the purpose of increasing enrollment and maximizing results.
Goal #2
Domains: Continuous Improvement & Instruction (SMKs) - Candidates have the content knowledge to be effective in licensure role (in particular embedding cross-cutting SMKs in the curriculum by redesigning some courses and possibly adding others.)
Goal #3
Teachers21 will review the program structure of the Urban Principals Development Program to meet the needs of candidates in school districts investing in a principal licensure pipeline.

Educator preparation program improvement goals from the prior year
Goal #1
We will increase enrollment in the Aspiring Principals Program of the Urban Principals Development Institute.
Goal #2
We will restore the Newly Appointed Principals Program of the Urban Principals Development Institute, after a year's hiatus.
Goal #3
We will continue to expand our use of blended learning to complement our face-to-face meetings and provide new, additional opportunities for engagement in our curriculum. We plan on introducing podcasts to the next cohort to more deeply impact their understanding of course material.
