Annual Goals
This report lists the annual improvement goals reported to ESE in the educator preparation program provider’s state annual report. Providers may report up to three goals for the upcoming year and are asked to report on progress made toward the prior year’s goals. Annual goals are reported in May of the academic year listed.

Implement a process to evaluate internal and external partnerships. |
Goal #2 |
Develop and implement continuous improvement advisory committees that provide the mechanism by which faculty, instructors, and staff can provide feedback and contribute to the program's continuous improvement efforts. |
Goal #3 |
Hire a part-time staff member to implement direct efforts and develop partnerships to recruit and support a diverse candidate pool. |

Goal #1 |
Evaluate most recent two years (15-16 and 16-17) of pre-practicums and see how to enhance this experience to be most meaningful while still working within the confines of students' busy schedules. |
Goal #2 |
Hire additional adjunct program supervisors to allow program staff more flexibility for other elements of the program. |
Goal #3 |
Explore who it makes the most sense to partner with and how to deepen that/those relationship(s). |
