Annual Goals
This report lists the annual improvement goals reported to ESE in the educator preparation program provider’s state annual report. Providers may report up to three goals for the upcoming year and are asked to report on progress made toward the prior year’s goals. Annual goals are reported in May of the academic year listed.

| Goal #1 |
We continue to have difficulty recruiting candidates to begin new cohorts. We will explore more ways to address this. |
| Goal #2 |
Students will be given more direction in how some areas of coursework provide preparation for PAL. |
| Goal #3 |
The relationship between coursework and practicum experiences relative to the Leadership Standards will be further defined. |

We will make a concerted effort to provide more individualized assistance to candidates in terms of job search, interview process, etc. |

We will create a FAQ section to all materials distributed to candidates applying as well as those enrolled and their site and field supervisors. |
