This report lists the annual improvement goals reported to ESE in the educator preparation program provider’s state annual report. Providers may report up to three goals for the upcoming year and are asked to report on progress made toward the prior year’s goals. Annual goals are reported in May of the academic year listed.

Goal #1
Expand the number of practicum sites and overall placements.
Goal #2
Actively use DESE Review process as a means of engaging partners, disseminating information, documenting process more closely and engaging program completers.

Increase cultural competency training and racial equity fluency for current cohort.

Strengthen and engage partnerships to actively develop internal and external avenues for recruitment and placement of diverse teacher candidates.

Strengthen and differentiate instruction of pedagogical skills in various content areas.

Reflection, articulation and consolidation of the effectiveness of the program. Collect and evaluate qualitative and quantitative data.
