Annual Goals - 2018
Goal #1 Continue working on partnerships, especially as we have a new facility member with arts expertise, and one partner school is changing due to expansion. In particular, we expect to implement more events at the elementary level (professional development and work with elementary students).
Goal #2 We plan to design and submit a Moderate Special Needs major both to the WNE curriculum process and to DESE as part of our upcoming accreditation visit.
Goal #3 In response to both our own reflection on student readiness for student teaching, and new regulations we are revisiting our prepracticum expectations, assignments and the role they play in the student teaching placement process.

Annual Goals - 2017
Goal #1 We plan to continue developing and deepening our partnerships with local schools based on their needs/requests.
Goal #2 We plan to implement a stand alone course in Special Education.
Goal #3 We plan to continue developing communication and support for supervising practitioners' professional development.

Annual Goals - 2016
Goal #1 We plan to continue building and expanding our partnerships with several area schools,, in particular offering more support to teachers and more effectively engaging our students in selected schools.
Goal #2 We plan to revise some coursework to get our students more actively engaged in analyzing student data, and reflecting on implementation of lessons that meet needs of all students.
Goal #3 Our third goal revolves around implementation of CAP, particularly improving clarity of communication for students and supervising practitioners, and developing an electronic system for data collection and sharing of CAP-related resources.
