Annual Goals

This report lists the annual improvement goals reported to ESE in the educator preparation program provider’s state annual report. Providers may report up to three goals for the upcoming year and are asked to report on progress made toward the prior year’s goals. Annual goals are reported in May of the academic year listed.

Annual Goals - 2018
Goal #1 Continue to review and adjust PSAP's/LLPS's strategy to recruit, every other year, cohorts of students that reflect the diversity of our state in our ongoing commitment to prepare district level leaders for Massachusetts school districts.
Goal #2 Develop and implement a cyclical review and update plan focusing on the content of the seven modules and its alignment with the Massachusetts Professional Standards for Superintendents.
Goal #3 Implement a succession process that ensures a smooth transition as a new LLPS Administrator takes charge.

Annual Goals - 2017
Goal #1 Continue to examine and adjust PSAP's/LLPS's strategy to recruit and retain cohorts of students who reflect the diversity of our state and our commitment to leading Massachusetts school districts.
Goal #2 Review and where necessary implement changes to the role and responsibilities of practicum mentors and supervisors.
Goal #3 No third goal at this time.

Annual Goals - 2016
Goal #1 Establish deep interactive partnerships with school districts to inform student assignments, practicum activities and dissertations in practice.
Goal #2 Continue to focus on program recruitment and curriculum articulation and coordination.
