Annual Goals
This report lists the annual improvement goals reported to ESE in the educator preparation program provider’s state annual report. Providers may report up to three goals for the upcoming year and are asked to report on progress made toward the prior year’s goals. Annual goals are reported in May of the academic year listed.

Goal #1 |
Continue to refine the trainings offered to Supervising Practitioners with an emphasis on further improving articulation between Program and Site Supervisors and our Organization. |

Add at least one new Partner District. |

Continue to use input from partners, faculty and students for continuous improvement. |

Full implementation of the new PST's and the CAP. |
Goal #2 |
Continue current partnerships and add a minimum of one new partner. |

Continue to utilize faculty meetings and faculty sub-groups, student input, partner input to continually improve. |

Goal #1 |
We have completely aligned the new PSTs and completely implemented the CAP for all Initial License candidates. |
Goal #2 |
We continued our current partnerships, but did not add any new partners. Because of the intensity of goal #1, we thought it best not to add new partners until we had completely refined the implementation of the PSTs and CAP. |
Goal #3 |
We continued to utilize faculty meetings and partners for their input on how we both continue to do what we do well and to point out area needed for improvement. Furthermore, we utilized a student Exit Survey and faculty evaluations by students for the same purposes. |

Align the existing licensure programs to the new PSTs by Fall 2016. This goal will be completed by May, 2016 with full implementation of the CAP in September, 2016. Our pilot CAP group will be completed in June, 2016. |

Because we were going through our formal DESE review and because of the change to CAP we set only one goal. |
