Annual Goals
This report lists the annual improvement goals reported to ESE in the educator preparation program provider’s state annual report. Providers may report up to three goals for the upcoming year and are asked to report on progress made toward the prior year’s goals. Annual goals are reported in May of the academic year listed.

| Goal #1 |
We have had difficulty recruiting new candidates for the program. We will work to improve outreach and schedule more information sessions. |

We will make a concerted effort to provide more individualized assistance to candidates in terms of job search, interview process, etc. |
| Goal #3 |
We will create a FAQ section to all materials distributed to candidates applying as well as those enrolled and their site and field supervisors. |

We plan to examine our recruiting efforts and attempt to find ways to improve our outreach and recruit future applicants. |

Practicum seminars will be examined and topics will be better tailored to meet student's interests and needs. |

A more concerted effort will be made to further align coursework with PAL tasks. |
