Annual Goals

This report lists the annual improvement goals reported to ESE in the educator preparation program provider’s state annual report. Providers may report up to three goals for the upcoming year and are asked to report on progress made toward the prior year’s goals. Annual goals are reported in May of the academic year listed.

Educator preparation program improvement goals for the upcoming program year
Goal #1 Place more than 50% of graduates in a high-performing school in the Boston Metro Area.
Goal #2 Provide up to 2 hours per week of induction coaching for each Boston Metro alum during the months of August-November; alums rate coaching an average 9 out of 10 on program surveys.
Goal #3 Develop and teach a new 35+ hour course on teaching English Language Learners; course receives an average 9 out of 10 rating from all participants.
