Annual Goals
This report lists the annual improvement goals reported to ESE in the educator preparation program provider’s state annual report. Providers may report up to three goals for the upcoming year and are asked to report on progress made toward the prior year’s goals. Annual goals are reported in May of the academic year listed.

| Goal #1 |
Due a reorganization which included personnel changes, re-emerge as the School of Education under the College of Fine Arts, Humanities, and Social Science and continue to maintain a strong focus on quality of Licensure Programs in the School during simultaneous DESE regulation and program approval changes, DESE's own organizational changes, and the continuing Pandemic. |

Continue strong partnerships with schools and districts who host our candidates for field experiences; when we re-emerge from the pandemic, rejuvenate program advisory boards. |

To adhere to DESE Guidance on the Preparation of Administrative Leaders when it is published. |

Fully implement a cadre of MTEL Preparation Modules to help students succeed at passing MTEL exams. |
| Goal #3 |
Licensure programs will undertake continuous improvement regarding SMKs, curriculum mapping, and follow CI cycle for all ed prep approved programs. |
