| What else should you know about our school? |
| Burncoat High School is the Fine Arts Magnet school for the city of Worcester. Students from throughout the district are provided the opportunity to attend Burncoat High for the sake of specializing in music (vocal and/ or orchestral), theater, dance or visual arts. Each of these programs can serve as a pathway for those students who intend to explore the post-secondary and career options within their chosen discipline. In addition to the fine arts program, Burncoat High School has a very well developed Automotive Technology department. In partnership with the Automotive Technology department from Quinsigamond Community College, we offer students a pathway which prepares them for post-secondary education and training in preparation for a career in the auto tech field. Lastly, Burncoat High also proudly offers students 16 different Advanced Placement courses in preparation for post-secondary education. |
