What else should you know about our school?
At O'Maley Innovation Middle School, our mission is to increase academic achievement for all. This year, In partnership with BSRI we are continuing our commitment toward increasing literacy, with a focus on reciprocal teaching and writing.
Math and Science continue to be another major focus at O'Maley. In math, we have adopted a rigorous new program, Big Ideas and we continue to offer advanced classes for those who meet the challenge and offer intervention and co-taught classes for those requiring assistance in meeting the standards of our rigorous program. In science, we continue our work to align our curriculum to the new science and engineering standards and seek to create a balance of factual scientific knowledge and experiential learning.
Parents and Guardians can support our efforts by communicating with their child's teachers and helping to create an education partnership between home and school.
