Springfield College Educator Preparation is committed to developing extraordinary educators who will challenge, empower and inspire all students. Our graduates are teacher/counselor leaders who have extensive subject matter and pedagogical content knowledge, promote equitable learning environments, engage in reflective practices that inform their teaching/counseling, and are active and effective advocates for educational change. They will be prepared to embody the Humanics philosophy in their commitment to lifelong learning, leadership and service to humanity.
